Our roots go back to 2017: Originating from the Nobis Group, initially specialized in event and personnel services, we have consistently developed into a professional security organization as our responsibilities grew. In 2020, we strategically realigned towards security services – with a clear focus on reception services, property protection, and especially plant security. Since then, we have pursued a clear direction: security is our core business.
In 2023, for strategic reasons, the structure was converted into a GmbH. Today, we operate as Nobis GmbH – a security and guarding company – while the Nobis Group continues to exist as a complementary corporate structure.
As an owner-managed company, we stand for short decision-making paths and clear responsibilities. Managing Director André Nobis is responsible for strategic direction as well as the operational and qualitative development of our security services.
We have experienced healthy, continuous growth for years – supported by long-term customer relationships and a stable team. Continuity is particularly important to us: many employees have been with us since the early years. This ensures well-coordinated processes, reliable operational management, and consistently high quality – especially in sensitive 24/7 structures.

Since 2023, Nobis GmbH, a security and guarding company, has been providing our company with reliable and professional plant security on a 24/7 basis.
