Access & Vehicle Control

We check IDs and access authorisations and register vehicles upon entry and exit. Suppliers are processed, passengers checked and vehicles directed accordingly. Departures from the premises are also documented – ensuring a seamless and complete access chain.

In the reception area, we welcome guests, issue visitor passes, provide directions and connect them with the relevant contact persons. We also answer calls, handle packages and mail and attend to visitors in a professional manner.

We manage key rooms, open and close doors or security gates in accordance with operational procedures, carry out attendance checks and document key movements with a complete history – to ensure maximum traceability.

Staff at the gatehouse and reception not only welcome visitors, but can also monitor fire and intruder alarm systems as well as telephone and alarm control panels, and initiate first response measures in the event of disruptions – including reporting to the control centre.

Outside regular office hours, we also provide reception and gatekeeping services: closing rounds, night deliveries, alarm monitoring and handling of emergency calls – following clear procedures and in direct coordination with the control centre.
