Your Responsibilities
- Conducting patrol rounds at properties and industrial sites, including documentation and reporting of any irregularities.
- Monitoring entrances, gates, and driveways – verifying authorizations, identities, and tracking vehicle and personnel movements.
- Securing and supervising operational premises outside regular business hours (e.g. evenings / nights / weekends).
- Collaborating with the operations center during alarms, incidents, or unauthorized access – including immediate response and incident documentation.
- Maintaining surveillance and key rooms, proper key management, and handover protocols.
- Acting as the on-site contact for employees, clients, or service providers – in a friendly, attentive, and reliable manner.
Your Profile
- Successfully passed the competency examination pursuant to § 34a GewO (or willingness to obtain it in the near term).
- Experience in security services, ideally in property protection or an industrial environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A confident presence, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team – even in demanding situations.
- Class B driving license and own vehicle an advantage (for site changes or patrol rounds).
- Good written and spoken German skills.
