We check IDs and access authorizations and register vehicles upon entry and exit. Suppliers are processed, passengers are checked, and vehicles are directed accordingly. The departure from the premises is also documented – creating a seamless access chain.

At the reception area, we welcome guests, issue visitor badges, provide directions, and connect them with the appropriate contacts.
We also handle incoming calls, process packages and mail, and assist visitors in a professional manner.

We manage key rooms, open and close doors or security gates according to operational procedures, conduct attendance checks, and document key movements with a complete history – ensuring maximum traceability.

Staff at the gatehouse and reception not only welcome visitors but can also monitor fire and intrusion alarm systems as well as telephone and alarm control centers, and initiate first measures in the event of disturbances – including reporting to the control center.

Outside regular office hours, we also provide reception and gatehouse services: closing rounds, night deliveries, alarm monitoring, and handling emergency calls – following clear procedures and in direct coordination with the control center.
